With one slot, you can publish one project at a time — once it is archived or deleted, you can reuse the same slot as often as you want during your active subscription period to create and publish new projects. There are no activation or additional costs.
The main differences lie between the Free plan and the paid plans: with the Free plan, you cannot publish projects. For the paid plans, the only difference is the number of available slots. The Enterprise plan additionally offers the ability to customize features flexibly to your specific needs.

One slot corresponds to one active property/project. If you reach the limit, we will notify you in the dashboard. You can upgrade to a higher plan or delete/archive existing projects to free up slots.
The Free plan has no expiration date and provides all functionalities of the paid plans (except third-party tool integrations). However, your project cannot be published.
Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly at month-end, yearly at the end of the annual period). There are no hidden fees. Your data remains stored in your account.
All plans work for both new-build and existing properties. PropriX is designed so that every property, regardless of type, can be presented optimally with its unique story.
Yes. Upgrades are activated immediately and unlock additional features/slots right away.
Downgrades are scheduled for the next billing period to avoid unexpected loss of features. You can see all changes transparently in your dashboard. A downgrade is only possible if the number of active projects matches the limit of the new plan.
If you have more active projects than allowed in the smaller plan, you must first archive or delete the projects you no longer need.

Yes. Disable auto-renew in your account settings; your plan will then end automatically at the end of the billing period. You can reactivate renewal at any time.
If your subscription is not renewed, your account automatically switches back to the Free plan. All published projects will be archived.
Published pages, brochures, and data are deactivated once no active plan exists. Your content remains safely stored, even if it can no longer be published. Of course, you can reactivate a subscription at any time and restore access to your desired projects.
